2 foreman’s who worked everyday for 23 years and purchased this small demo business when our boss retired. We’ve been in business for 10 years and somehow made it through Covid 19.

Basically we are a control drop demolition company. We specialize in HVAC mechanical demolition as well as plant dismantling. We do clean outs all over the five boroughs including Connecticut New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

We can do anything that requires manual labor. Snow removal, floor protection, entire building demolition.

We also have our own trucking and storage yard. We can even bring in new equipment.

We salvage scarp from the jobs we complete.

We are fully insured and provide all licensed men and women. OSHA 30, Burners license, Fire watch license, skid steer operator, forklift operator, scaffolding License, riggers license, CDL class B and drivers license.

My name is Barney Marrone and my partner is Peter Guardino. Together we have over 50 years of problem solving experience. We get the job done and when the job is complete, the area of work is clean.
